Layer yams in a medium baking dish; set aside. Melt margarine
in a small saucepan. Add orange juice, lemon juice, honey, sugar and spices.
Cook for 10 minutes or until thick and syrupy. Remove from heat, add vanilla
and pour mixture over yams. Bake at 375 degrees F. (preheated) for
30 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes, top with marshmallows and place under broiler
until marshmallows are brown, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
